Yes, because the pre-ejaculation fluid also has some sperm in it..
If she's worried, get a home test or see a Dr.

It's possible to get pregnant when having unprotected sex and the man does not ejaculate inside the vagina. There is a small amount of sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid that helps to lubricate the inside of the urethra prior to ejaculation. But....on the other hand...it's not very likely that these sperm would have made it all the way to the egg and completed the mating ritual ...if she were even ovulating...my advice...get a home pregnancy test...use protection from now on.

It's possible. Have your friend get the morning after pill ASAP. In some states you don't need to get a prescription. If she does need one, she can go to a walk-in clinic or her doctor and get one really quickly.
The best results are within the first 72 hours after she had sex, but she can take it for up to 5 days afterwards.

It is possible. A man invariably has drops of semen for lubrication on the tip of his penis when excited, or some call it precum. This contains sperm, so pregnancy is possible. Tell your friend to be sure she uses a condom before sexual contact.
