This doesn't exactly qualify as a "help me, help me" type of thing.
Search for HTML syntax. It is an easy language to learn.

Sign up for a photobucket account (its free) then after you upload your pics the HTML will be listed under them, just copy and paste into your profile

If the pictures aren't on the internet already no amount of HTML code will make them part of your profile.
