Get a lawyer and fight.
You need to start attending city or county supervisor meetings where they are discussing this issue. The lawyer can help you find out how.
Bring as many people as you can. Write as many letters as you can. Get as many local merchants (remember - you all shop somewhere near the trailer park, you pray at a church nearby, you buy gas at a local service station) to be on the team. Let them know about the board meetings by distributing flyers and discussing the issues with them.
If you landlord is really blaming the city, and he's not just doing a redevelopment, then you have a fighting chance.
Good luck.

I am sorry you will have to move from your home.
Unfortunatly, the owner can terminate your lot lease at any time according to your contract or by providing "notice" to you (the newspaper ad). It was a very impersoanl way for him to tell you but in reality it was probably easier for him to do it that way.
Start looking for new housing and move on with your life the best you can. Maybe you can get together with another tennant and rent a better place than you could afford alone.

Get a better paying job, or just live with it. Save a little money a day. Pretty soon it will all ad up, put whatever extra you have in the bank so it can grow with the interest.
Ask your boss for a raise, that you really need some extra money and its a really hard time in life. You may also want to look towards a charity or something like that.
Good Luck.

Find somewhere else to live. The trailor court does not owe you a spot. If they want you gone for ANY reason, you're on a month to month tenancy and they can ask you to leave. It's within their legal right so start looking for somewhere else now.

If you own the trailer and cant afford to move it the you need to sell it...if you rent then you should go to the local housing authority and explain the situation and apply for housing..You could also try for section 8. good luck

Your rights will vary from state to state. You should consult a local attorney. Most of the people answering these questions aren't even attorneys, let alone familiar with the laws of your state. In fact, you didn't even identify where are you from.
