The best way is to take a taxi to zoo, which is located at mandai lake road, if I'm not wrong. It cause u about S$15-20 from orchard rd or anywhere in CBD area. Or you can take bus 138 from Ang Mo Kio, 927 from Choa Chu Kang or the cheapest is 926 if you visit during Sundays and public holidays in Singapore from Woodlands.

if you;re living in the northern area. Go to AMK mrt station take bus 138. The bus passes by the bus-stop in front of Jubilee Hall or you can take the bus from AMK bus interchange.
