im trying to upload my i-pod...?

and i-tunes won't come up my i-pod says do not disconnect and i sbeeping it has never beeped before bt just not the do not disconnect went away and not it is just charging. How do i get the songs to dowload to my i-pod!? ive done it before but i-tunes isn't coming up!? helpp

You could try re-installing Itunes or updating it if you downloaded it a long time ago
