All women do not ovulate at the same time...
And PMS is not the same to all women.
Some get cramps, some have unexplained pains, some become depressed or emotional, some can't get enough to eat, some can't eat.

Read a book on "female sexuality"...

Just go any bookstore or library- if you have to ask someone where the section is say you are trying to understand women more. Or that you are writing a reopt for coolege/school...

Birth control such as the pill or injections can also effect the way a woman feels during her cycle or any other time...
Personally I have suggested to male friends in the past to read the warnings that come in their girlfriends BC... to give them an idea since most girls won't go into or don't read it themselves---

There are plenty of website and books that talk about these things...

I am in school for midwifery, but I won't bore you with the medical terminology. I will tell you when the woman ovulates her vaginal secretions become a lot more clear and liquid. Her sex drive may increase during ovulation. There are otc test that can almost predict when ovulation takes place. If conception is not successful the menstrual cycle will begin shortly afterward. The endometrium lining of the uterus will be expelled (this is called a period).

It's about two weeks between ovulation and menstruation, but that's an average. There's considerable variation between women, and the same woman won't always have cycles of consistent length. PMS, if it occurs (not all women get it), happens a few days before the onset of menstruation.

Well, first off...not everyone gets PMS. Some just get pain or bloating....others get it all. Usually, though, the PMS actually starts right when ovulation starts...which is right before menstruation.
