Use a search engine (like Yahoo) and type "character education" and "bulletin boards" in it. Use the quotes to limit your search -- it should look like this "bulletin board" "character education"
This should send you to websites that have ideas for you. Good luck:)

Have you gone to a school supply store? If you want to make your own, you can at least get ideas. Go to carson-dellosa. They make neat bulletin boards. I had one that was for character education that had a lighthouse theme. I can't remember it exactly but it was neat. Our school had a leaky roof and it got ruined.
