Every time she is around I just light up. She smells so nice. What should I do?

You got some good answers (well not from the girl who is flirting with a married woman, but other then that. cheating not good.) I would go with the talk to her, maybe a light touch on the arm, joke around with her, and ask her to hang out with you. Also make sure she knows you like her. Some people are good with spotting others flirting but when it comes to somebody flirting with them clueless.

Do you know her sexuality? Does she flirt back? Does she touch you? Do you touch her? What is her reaction if you do? Have you asked her out? It's hard to say with so little information.

I have a unique situation, maybe you can try what I did. I fell hard for a married straight(?) woman at work. I recently came out to her, she is absolutely intrigued and fascinated with gay culture. I discovered that she is even more beautiful because she accepts me unconditionally. She always was a flirt with me before, and it hasn't stopped now. In fact, we're closer now than ever & she admitted last week that she is bi-curious. My secret? I was honest, open, and that showed that I respected her as a close friend when she flat out asked me "do you have a girlfriend?". Our conversations were non-chalant & casual and then I would continue with my everyday life/work. I didn't exactly ignore her, but I didn't want to show her affection either, since I knew it most likely would not be returned. Now she craves it. People are funny animals. If you can't have something, then it makes you want it more.

Sometimes you just have to make yourself visible & open and then let things & life go on as they are. You can't make people love you, but you can be confident enough to love them from a distance and still respect yourself.

I have this same problem. I was thinking the solution would be to say to her "Les Be Friends!" But you could also just strike up a conversation with her, and find out how she feels about gays and try to see what her orientation is.

i dont know i have the exact same problem. i asked a friend of mine a month ago-ish and she said to just wait till she stops likeing a guy (or whatever) and just slightly bring it up. it depends on what her sexuality is though....tell me when you find a good answer to that question.
i get high off her smell, do you?

Drop big hints. Get close to her. Grab her hand and give her flirty looks. If you think she is interested ask her if she wants to have a gf

Just talk to her. I know its hard for us to find partners especially in a society that continues to judge and ostracize over same-sex partnerships.

I'd say just talk to her and flirt a little, then ask her out to a movie or dinner.

Walk up to her hold them by the waist and kiss her passionately on the lips...I think she'll get the message.

It sounds to me like you're doin' it. Just smile and try to start a simple conversation.

Talk to her. Get her to talk about herself. Find out what she likes to do, who she does it with. Then if it seems right, ask her to hang out.
