did you strech and warm up before playing? If not, your in big trouble dude, I know cause I play B-ball everyday and that might be a sign of premature tendinitis devoloping. Dont play until a week has passedby, try again, if pain is still present, see a physical therapist asap.

Well you should give your knee a rest. Don't do anything physical. Also wrap your knee.

try icing it and and use a heating pad on it, if that doesnt work see your doctor or a physical therapist.

do leg stretches. it hurts but it works. i tore my acl at a training at the fire department. leg stretches help alot.
