There is no real limit. It wouldn't be a surprised to see an established surgeon to earn $300,000 and up, with a high profile surgeon in an urban area to make $2 million a year.
At that point, you are a business man. You could be making money not only on your own surgeries, but on the surgeries that your junior surgeons perform.

Plastic surgeons can make well in excess of a million dollars per year.
I have a client who is a plastic surgeon here in Florida, he made 1.3 million last year, AFTER expenses.

I think the most that a plastic surgeon can make is whatever the amount that the person sets as a goal.....honestly, because every doctor charges what they want, they take as many clients as they want and on surgery days they do as many surgeries as they want to...Sky's the limit!
