The Branch Manager of my division of the organization, stated in a meeting yesterday that she wanted to institute a KBI system, and she wanted me to be a part of it. The only thing that I can think and have found so far in my research that she would be referring to is a reporting system that monitors departmental budgets and work processes.

There are four meanings for KBI in the Acronym Finder business tab. Key Business Indicator is the most common.
