Money is just a refined, efficient barter system. Instead of trading a bushel of wheat for some lumber and trade that for a few chickens and trade them for dress, you just trade the money for the dress. You don't have to worry that the person with the dress didn't want the wheat, and the person with the chickens didn't want the wheat either. So you had to go through the whole string of trades to get what you wanted.
Unfortunately, this efficient trade system with the all purpose trade commodity is susceptible to cheating. That's why a lot of our laws were created. The down side to an otherwise good system.

In theory that sounds great but when you start talking about buying bulk and offering large service to people then trade would be very difficult....
Like buying a house. A house takes many men and lots of supplies...you'd have to trade your daughter and wife.

Bartering is an annoying and difficult system to work with, though. It's just not very flexible. Money is very useful because it makes exchanges of resources easy and flexible.
Plus, getting rid of money won't get rid of greed. It's the greed that is the problem, not the thing that the greedy desire.

It wouldnt work as humans always strive for more. More greed and power.
Nice theory but useless in practice unless the society was kept to a small and controlled number.
