All of it ballet, jazz, hip hop, ballroom etc. can make you physically fit and can give you muscle strength. Plus, flexibility, gracefulness, poise and discipline.

I do Ballroom and Latin dancesport (like on Dancing with the Stars).

Grace, posture, strong body, new friends, fun. Plus, you get to wear astonishing outfits.

I do Hip-Hop, RnB dancing. Probably doesn't do much for fitness and flexibility, but it sure puts me in a good mood after I've done it.

Belly dancing: you gain control of your body and get to know it as you never imagined, as it improves your coordination and does wonders to your sensuality, it helps in defining muscles, staying fit and it is so sexy!
