What if you like a guy, and he always flirts with you, but then you find out that youre not the only one. Does that still mean he might like you?

It means A) that he's just flirting for fun and doesn't mean anything by it, or B) he's a playa (or wannabe playa) and is trying to play you.
Option A isn't so bad; I've been guilty of it myself. That's just an opposite-sex-friend thing.
Option B is serious bad mojo. If you uncover evidence that this is the case, you need to shut this guy down hard. Anything less than an ego-crushing public refusal will be taken as a sign of your defenses weakening. Be careful, though; hardcore playas see firm resistence as a challenge, and will work even harder to get into your knickers (even to the point of pretending to be much nicer than they really are).

I'm sure he likes you...but remember often times...guys will like several girls at once if they are allowed. If you are interested in him, then make a move. Just be warned, I had a buddy of mine that was a huge flirt, and he didn't stop when he had a gf. Flirts aren't always the best guys to date because while they make you feel good when you are alone, they make you feel poorly when they are with other people. Not to mention, a guy who flirts will get flirted with in return... and that means your boyfriend will be getting constant little temptations that he doesn't need. good luck

If I was flirting with girls I'd be in trouble coz I'm married ;)
But if I was single and flirting.. I'd flirt with any number of girls that I may be interested in until one of them showed some interest in return.
Then I'd venture out and see if I could win the girl over and have her as my gf.
Sssooo... that means you should at the least approach him in some way and make sure he knows that you're also interested in him.
If you don't make a move, you could regret sitting in the bleachers and not doing anything.
GO get him :)
If he continues to flirt after you are dating.. then.. umm. I'd have a chat with him and make sure he understands you're not cool with him flirting with other girls. If he still does it and you're not okay with it.. time to move on as he's not respecting your request. :)
