When you sign into NetZero, goo into account settings, there should be a place for you to cancel your service or at least a phone number t call to do so.

Have your netzero account number ready and your credit card they asked the last 4 digits to verify you are who say you are.

Go to the "my account" section and I'm sure there is something there that will answer your question. At the very least, you can click on the "contact us" icon (there's always one somewhere!) and there will probably be a phone number.

Call them on the phone and tell your house robbed and they stole your computer.That works for me everytime.
