I am totally serious. For the past week I have been having bad dreams about having my baby. For instance, last night I had a dream when my baby was born it was six feet tall and sleeping in a twin bed. He was crying in the middle of the night and when I got up to take care of him the window was wide open and the wind was blowing like crazy. I closed the window and he went back to sleep. This is just one dream. Is this normal? Has anyone else went through the same thing? Is this a sign of anything to come?

I am 39 weeks pregnant, 3cm dilated, 25% effaced. This is my second pregnancy and if I do not go into labor on my own I will be induced Monday.

I have three kids and I had weird, awful, horrible dreams all throughout my pregnancies. I dreamed about my baby being stillborn, my baby having two heads, my baby dying, things of that nature. It's just the hormones and your anxiety. Trust me, nothing will come of it. It just means you're a good, thoughtful mother who cares about her baby.

Ohhh man I have had some crazy pregnancy dreams. I dreamt 2 nights ago that I gave birth to a neon pink gooey glowing worm. I said "ohhh the babies not ready yet" and put it back inside of me. :-$

No. It's just a dream. My wife punched me and basically beat the snot out of me when she was almost due because she dreamt I was cheating on her (never happen)
My wife is recalling her dreams. One of them was she had to put on commando gear. She was shooting bazookas. She was Rambo with a baby strapped to her.
I can tell you honestly that she is not going to fight Predator nor will she be rescuing any POW's any time soon.

this is very normal. i dreamed that when my son was born he was a monkey. then i had a dream that he was born with big teeth in his mouth. i think we have these dreams because we are waiting to see our baby and we think about it all the time and we end up dreaming it too. good luck with your baby

Completely normal...a common dream for pregnant women is either forgetting the baby somewhere or that they are cheating on their spouse...I had both when I was pregnant...with all of my kids.
