hmmmm interesting.
Doomsday gets stronger and stronger every time someone hurts him. Ans how much pain he recieves he will just convert it to power and sends it back to you. just like what he did to Superman. ( Superman won only because he gave his last punch all his strength and it was too much for Doomsday to take ).
The Hulk is one tough green giant. The angrier Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets. You know what I mean? And the Hulk sees himself as the strongest one there is and he will get angrier and angrier because Doomsday can take every punch he gives. Although Hulk is one of the leading strong guy in the Marvel Universe, he was easily defeated by Superman in a brawl so I dont think Hulk can knock out Doomsday like Superman did.
In overall battle between them, Doomsday will take alot of punishment put will still last till the Hulk quits. And Hulk gets also a beating especially with Doomsdays spikes. All in all no one will get knocked out but Doomsday will win because the Hulk has the attitude that when he gets irritated with an enemy because he keeps on standing, the Hulk will just simply walk away. Remember that the Hulk doesnt attack nor fight to win nor to be known as the strongest one there is, but simply put that he fights because everybody does not want to leave him alone. Thats what Hulk ever wanted from the beginning of his creation.

The Hulk. Ok, first I wasn't gonna answer this question because I know you don't like me, but then I decided against. In my oppinion, the Hulk would win and here's why:
First of all, in case there are people that don't know, Doomsday killed Superman and Superman can defeat The Hulk. Here is the part where everyone will do the math and say that that means that Doomsday can kill the Hulk as well, however they are wrong.
This is one of those realation ships:
Superman can defeat The Hulk
The Hulk can defeat Doomsday
Doomsday can defeat Superman
Superman can't defeat Doomsday
Doomsday can't defeat The Hulk
The Hulk can't defeat Superman
So, as seen in the fight Doomsday vs. Superman, Superman's many abilities were pretty much useless against Doomsday so everyone will wonder how the Hulk will win. Well remember that the Hulk has the healing factor and the longer and agrier he gets, the stronger he becomes. Now, I'll assume that Doomsday has defeated Superman already and he doesn't know about Hulk's abilities. Therefore when the two of them will start fighting, Doomsday will realize that Hulk is no stronger than Superman, and plus he can't fly and all those other things Superman can do. He will go easy on Hulk, and by easy I mean, not kill him, just knock him around and due to the healing factor, the Hulk will just come back. Doomsday will be too blind by his own pride and fail to realize that the Hulk isn't even scratched and ou contraire, he's even stronger. After a while, when Doomsday will realize that something's wrong and that not only that the Hulk is not injured, but he's so much stronger, that's when he will realize that he lost the fight. Now all Hulk has to do, since he's pretty much immune to all of Doomsday attacks, he will just grap a hold of him with both arms and squize the life out of him and game over, the Hulk will win and he will go back to his normal self and then Bruce will realize that he took out then person that killed Superman. Happy ending.
Winner: The Hulk
Now, if it was Darkseid vs. Hulk, then I'd have to give the fight to Darkseid because, just like Thanos, he will quickly realize Hulk's abilities and take him out before the Hulk is engauged and nothing can be done to stop him.

That is a tough call, because Doomsday beat Superman to death, so obviously he's got some brawn. Hulk I think has enough brute strength that I think he could hold his own with Doomsday, but who really knows exactly how strong Doomsday is? That would be a hell of a fight to see, I don't know who would win. I kind of think that the old Hulk from back in the day would probably beat Doomsday though because he was just a mountain of muscle and the madder he got, the stronger he got.

This is going to be a weird answer, because I firmly believe Superman would beat the Hulk in a fight.
I believe the Hulk would eventually beat Doomsday.
"WHA....?" You say (in true comic book fashion).
I believe Superman would beat the Hulk because he can fly and has powers like heat vision, so he could goad the Hulk into leaping after him. Once Hulk was airborne, Supes could wrestle him out to space and Hulk would eventually pass out. I know it wouldn't be that simple, but that would be the general outcome.
HOWEVER...
Doomsday can't fly. And the Hulks powers grow exponentially as he becomes more angry or frustrated. His strength is unlimited and he heals FASTER when he's mad. A few hammering fists from Doomsday and you have a very ticked off Hulk. A few ineffective blows from the Hulk and now he's VERY frustrated. We might lose Ohio in the process, but eventually Hulk would be wearing Doomsday's jaw as "bling".
It wouldn't be a short fight, but I'd give ol' Jade Jaws the final round.

I think the Hulk wins, because the more you hit him, the angrier and stronger he gets. The key to beating the Hulk is to calm him down, and maybe he changes back to Bruce Banner (it helps if you are a telepath or a matter manipulator like my name sake character), and Doomsday isn't smart enough to think of that.

Hulk will win, his regenerative abilities and strength limits are greater than those displayed by Doomsday. Although Doomsday is faster, he has a weakness: His bones are vulnerable. Hulk is going to win no matter how it goes down.

Would there be anybody left alive to see who won...? I think it would be Doomsday! He'd knock the gamma rays right out of old Green Pants, and turn him back to Banner-boy with his first punch!

i think hulk is the most powerful superhero even more that superman. so at least it would be a good match. i think hulk would just get more angry and win..
