well i took my 2 dogs to stay with my sister - she has air conditioning & i don't i figured at least they should be comfortable.

Well i have 2 pure bread dogs 1 is a mini schnazer and the other a mini dotson (weenie dog)! and a cat and a bird that live in the house! We keep the air conditioning on for them and make sure they have plenty of cold water and their food avalible! and when the dogs go out to potty we make sure they get a nice cold drink when they come back inside! as for the cat that lives outside she has a nice box made all comfey in a shady spot on our carport and she has a dish of water and food there in the shade too!!!!!! I also dogsit my sisters dogs when shes out of town so that they are kept cool and comfy as well!!!!!

Make sure they have plenty of cold water. I also heard that spraying their bellies with cold water will help them cool off.
