If football is so boring why are you in this section. it pisses me off when people talk about how boring Football is when they're in this section or how they say they hate it.it pisses me off.

no triniwarrior24. it wasn't this was an old question i have had this question for a while. now but like 10 more football haters made me ask it. i wouldn't give it to you. but i have more if you want any. but they're being very much hypocritical. they're in the football section talking about how football sucks. I don't go in the French section or German section to aviod having problems. why can't they do that?

minnesota_guy i never said football haters are stupid cause they're not i didn't say anything about americans you really shouldn't jump to conclusions. you can't compare golf to football cause golf isn't a sport. it's a hobby.

The FIFA World Cup honestly made me addicted to watching and reading about football to this day. I mean, here in Canada, chances are that you're going to see more hockey matches than football/soccer, so a lot of people (well, from what I've seen, mostly from the USA) don't even know about the World Cup, let alone have watched it. I guess they just say they hate football because it's honestly what they believe - although the question still lies, why do they bother answering?

I personally find soccer as almost as boring as golf. I cannot stay wake when watching soccer. Im sorry but i find the game dull. Id rather watch pro wrestling over soccer. But if you like soccer its cool. Enjoy your soccer. They are many people who hate soccer around the world. I have met some latinos who dont give a flying F*ck about soccer. They dont even know who Ronaldo is. So dont blame americans as the only ones who hate soccer. They are some europeans who hate the game as well. Also calling a person stupid for liking or not liking a sport is just ridiculus. I have met some really intelligent soccer haters. They will be people who always hate soccer as like they are people who hate NASCAR and ice hockey. A lot of my friends hate ice hockey but I accept the fact they will never like it. You shouldnt be so judgemental.

i agree with you, and I recently joined and made my High School's soccer or football team and now everybody makes fun of me. I had to quit because people think that soccer is for nerds and I hate it. I truely love the sport and Americans just hate it because USA isnt the best in the world at it and its European thing, and we're all used to games with our hands [baseball, basketball, golf, tennis, etc.]

True...I was not a big fan before the world cup, but since then have gotten very into the "WORLD'S" game. I think that people who do not recognize soga bonita have a serious problem. These athletes are amazing, and just because we are not very good, does not give us the right to degrade such a wonderful game...except for the Italian Team!!

yeah me too...... what make me laugh is the the beautiful game as one person put it by 'gentlemen' and some people moan that footballers should follow the rugby players example..... hmmmm Ollie Barkley was arrested for using CS spray in a fracas last night..... WTF??!
