First off good for you for being a firefighter. Second off, trying get to know some of the other females in EMS, yeah there might not be many firefighters but I'm sure there are plenty of female medics. True you guys are probably like how it is hear, all the EMS and fire stations are separate, but you do get to see each other from time to time so try and see if you can get to know/become friends with any of the females you run into when you go out on a call. Also try getting to know you guy friends' girlfriends/sisters/wives/female friends.
