There seems to be more women and girls showing off their muscles... and they're actually pretty big! Which is cool in my opinion.

I think it's fine to a certain degree.When it's like their muscles have muscles...that's unattractive on girls and guys.

I like nice, defined muscles but I don't think I'd ever like too large of muscles. Muscles are cool, but not big, ripple-y ones. Then again, I'm not a fan of that on men, either. For women the key is balance--nice muscles with a bit of feminine softness.

I think men and women both should shoot for "toned"...men can go a little further and be a little more built, but there gets to be a point where people look like they work out too much...which I don't think looks so good.
