try this hld down the ctrl key and roll mouse wheel and see if that helps if not then tools fonts and resize...

if your talking about when your signed on to the internet, go to "view" and "text size" and click medium or whatever your preference.
if your talking about the icons on the screen and stuff, you have to go to Control Panel then to appearance and themes or display (depending on your pc and what software you have installed) then click on the appearance tab and select a font size (from normal to x-large). Hope that works.

Well one thing thats real easy and quick is to hold down ctrl and move your scroll on the middle of the mouse.. I believe back is smaller, but just play with it, and see.

change it to higer resolution...how? click right button of your mouse at the desktop, then click properties, settings, then at the screen resolution change it to higher resolution, and be sure that the color quality must be highest 32 bit

depends on what program u use. But on a common platform I should advice u to go to view>text size
