has anyone ever seen a phonic dictionary?

not a phonetic dictionary but a phonic one, i did once but cant remember the publisher , i want one.

There's one called: "Letters, sounds, and words: a phonic dictionary" by Linda Hayward. I haven't heard or seen any other one anywhere else.
