Seems like between work and other crap.. I can't find any time to enjoy reading. By the time I actually get in bed, I'm an hour past when I should have been there to begin with. :P

I read 2-3 books a week.
I don't own a TV. Nor do I miss it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Luddite; I love Films and Technology and the Internet, etc...
But very little on TV seems worthwhile to me (Other than the Ads, which can contain amazing artistry, IMHO) And, if it IS an outstanding TV event, I will usually hear about it thru the grapevine. (For example, I loved Serenity)
The downside is that people treat you like you have leprosy when you have nothing to add to their discussion regarding the latest Cop Show/Reality Show/Hospital Drama/Sit Com.
I highly recommend trading off as much TV time as you can stand to dive into a good book!

I carry a book with me, so when I'm stuck in line or waiting somewhere, i read inbetween. If I have some downtime, I'll read with a cup of coffee or during a lunchbreak (if I happen to be alone).

reading is a most fav past time for me...so i always take a book w/ me most places i go. laundry time, waiting in lines time, dr visits, keep a book you want to read in the car..you just never know when you'll just be waiting around. i myself make time to read. and i love the library. i would rather read than watch t.v..

I take a book with me everywhere, so when I am stuck waiting in line I can read. I read during commericals if I am watching TV.

Maybe in your car on your way to work you can listen to books on cd's. But if you want to do the real reading maybe during breakfast or your lunch.

I read on the toilet which gives me about four hours a day to catch up on reading.

make a quiet time during the day for just reading.I love books and I read every day.
