She went by the name EVIE and was the most popular female Christian contemporary singer before Amy Grant came along. This was in the late 70s/early 80s. Her voice was kind of like Sandi Patti but without the operatics. It was sweet and pure. Recollections is her 18 song Best Of compilation.
