Go down to your local court house, and the circuit court can help u file your own paper work, u'll still have to pay to file it, but definately not as much as retaining a lawyer to do so..

Really do not think this can happen, call a lawyer and find out.

go to the court house and get the paperwork you need and they will assist you in filing
