what would you do in a situation where a guy your dating is a little bit older than you and a girl who is his age already has a baby, likes him and thinks that were nasty for going out because of the age difference. I met her yesterday and before i got a chance to say anything to her she had already jumped into talking about my boyfriend. i change the subject because its none of her business with me-n-him.Plus I'd rather talk to her in private. Today, i asked my boyfriends cousin(best friends) if he would ever leave me for her and he said hell naw. But he also said that before me, they were friends with benefits.(I think she was just good for sucking dic. she looks like it-but I'm not the one to judge). Its also crazy because her baby daddy died and she seems like the type to be devious and run to the cops but not only that, we have the same name!!!(only i spell mine with an E)

It sounds like his previous 'friend with benefits' still might have some type of feelings for him. While it's natural for friends to be protective of each other, being possessive tends to indicate there might be something more going on here. She sounds like the jealous type.

It's your boyfriend's decision on who he wants to go out with. Age can be a factor but it's not the determining issue on whether or not a couple should be together. If your boyfriend is older, then he probably is a little more mature as well, and should know exactly what he is getting into.

I'd explain your concerns to your boyfriend and how this other girl makes you feel. If he cares about you, he should be able to find a compromise for everyone. But at the very least, he should tell this other girl that his heart lies with you and if she wants to be a good friend, to accept it and respect it.

All in all, it's like you already said, it's none of her business. Now you just need to trust your man and hopefully he's given you enough proof that he is the type of be trusted. Talk to him about your concerns and depending on his answer, it should give you a pretty good idea of where things stand.

Good luck!! =)
