Yes there is such a thing.
I'm definitely a pretty hard-nosed Conservative, but that doesn't mean I don't also enjoy listening to other opinions, and understanding where others come from. It's called empathy and I'm sure I'm not the only Republican that possesses it.

Absolutely.
Conservatives, as a group, simply have different priorities in their values than the opposite end of the spectrum. Conservatives believe that tranquility requires consistency, and that to preserve the morals of the country there needs to be slow (not radical) change.
Just because someone wants to be careful doesn't make them closed-minded. In the same way that just because someone values freedom and liberty doesn't make then a flip-flopper.
Being closed-minded is about thinking your way is the only way, and not being open to rational discussion. And sadly, that's not a defect that is particularly rare, nor is it limited to any one party.

The word "Conservative" in itself answers already your question! Open-minded is just the opposit of conservative. Conservative means to conserve an existing status, while open-minded means preparedness for changes, if need arises. All conservatives, who claim to be open-minded are either lying or not true conservatives! Or they just don't know what they are talking about!

I think you mean "Is there a conservative who believes exactly what I believe, word for word, thought for thought, that I could have a conversation with and not get into an argument with? Because I dam sure don't want to accept that he has any valid views. I'm too open-minded for that."

Yes, they are as numerous (or rare) as open-minded liberals. You might try hanging out with people who actually contribute to the US economy rather than analyze it and its shortcomings. Try factory workers or salesmen for example. In case that is beyond your reach just trust that this is true, like you may believe that the US military is evil, even though you don't know any actual active-duty members.

Of course there is. I consider myself an open minded conservative. I just don't want to be so open minded my brain falls out!

You might find one among the Libertarians. Some of them seem pretty conservative, though not all.

I have never met one. Most already know everything there is to know so there is no need to be open minded to other ideas and opinions.

I am very opened minded and try to see issues from both sides. It doesn't mean I have to buy into it though.

I know all of them are. What liberals can't do is once they open their minds to something, it takes someone else to tell them what is wrong and what is right. What is good and what is evil, what is hot and what is cold.
