When I was that age you could work in fast food and at grocery stores bagging groceries. Call around and see, it may have changed.

EDIT: Screw "being a kid" Getting ahead is what matters. The people who say that were jealous of the people with jobs because mommy and daddy wouldnt let them work.

Check on the internet under jobs for kids for some suggestions. First of all find out the age limits for minors working in your state. You can call your high school for that information. I applaud your effort to work for what you want. Most of all stay in school. I see some serious spelling errors in the question you wrote. Things like spelling words correctly really count to an employer. Especially when you are older and need a good paying job. Also, you can avoid that problem by using spell check before sending information to others. I wish you luck and hope you can find a job. I wont hurt for you to ask around the neighborhood to see if anyone needs any work done. But be careful You are a young girl don't go inside anywhere with strangers and make sure your parents always know where you are and who you are with when you work.

Pet sitting, dog walking. Ask your mom and sister and any other relative or friend who may know someone to recommend you for baby sitting jobs to their friends with children. Around here we also have mothers helpers. You go and help watch the child/children while the mother is at home. It just frees her up to do some things around the house. Also, as far as the cell phone goes, you can get a tracfone. You can purchase one for $20 - $30 and buy prepaid cards. The cheapest card is $20. You don't have to sign up for a plan or a contract. Your minutes roll over. You just have to purchase another card every 60 days. Of course if you talk to much and you don't have any more money you could end up using up all your minutes before you can get another card. Your phone will still be activated, you just won't be able to use it until you buy another card.

Babysitting is what I did around your age... I made posters and posted around my area that I lived in, sometimes word of mouth works well.
Try a grocery store for a bagger job, or even a fast food place sometimes hires younger people.
Do you have a little caesar's pizza nearby? I know they hire for people to put boxes together a couple hours a day.

mow yards? be a helper to an eldery person or couple... run their errands for them.

You can try your local library. They sometimes hire students to reshelve books. I should know...I did it from about 14 - 17 and I was paid really well. It wasn't a glam job, but I never had to work fast food while in school.

Clean other people's houses for them for money. Bring along a parent so you can get a drive and be safe when doing what're supposed to be doing.
