First off there are 365 days in a year. If you get payed once a month it means once a month. This can very due to some months being longer and some shorter. The day of the week you are payed also very. Payroll is figured on 162 hours per month. If you have to punch a time clock, 3 to 5 min, late will make a big difference in your check. staying over 3 to5 min., will not make it come out to right time or hours worked. Over time is figured at time and a half, your hourly rate of pay. Working on a holiday you are payed double time or twice your hourly rate. I used to do payroll, I know the rules that apply. It is best to be early by a few min, rather than being late.

it depends, how long are your months in this ficticious calendar?
since you made up a year with 360 days, you have to tell us how long your made up months are, if your months are 15 days long, and you get paid once a month, then you get 2 checks every 30 days
if your months are any other length, then you won't average two checks every 30 days
if your months are 30 days long, and you get paid once a month, then you get 1 check every 30 days
in all of this, it doesn't matter how many days in a year, since you are being paid once a month

Wow...this question made absolutely no sense. I would say break out the calculator and calendar. Look up how many days are in a month and in a year. Then do the math. Otherwise...I hope you're joking...really.

I don't know if this will help, but weekly pay is multiplied by 4.3 to figure monthly. To get from monthly to yearly, times that answer by 12.
