Well thats something you've got to talk to your best friend about. She would be very hurt if you did that probably. I have been in your situation 2 many times. it sucks huh?! Honestly i think you should wait it out. I mean the guy will respect you even more if you stand up and say hey my friend likes you and even though i like you too i cant date you until my bf is focused on someone else. if he likes you enough he will wait and in the meantime you can be finding someone else for ur best friend

His motives are far from what your motives and desires should be. It would be a date for something not explained yet. Ask him directly what is the reason for a date with a bi guy? To try and help him compete for the affections of the guy you both like? Its manipulation on the first order. Pick which guy you want to hang with or date the guy in question and not the competition.

It depends how important your best friend is to you. If your friend is very important to you, then you should go to her and ask her this question. Let her know you are concerned it may harm your friendship with her and since it is very important to your life then you want to make sure that does not happen. In the meantime, you can let the guy know that you are interested, but don't want to answer to quickly and let him know you will get back with him about it. If you like the guy, and you REALLY feel your friend is okay with it, then go for it.

Let me get this right you have a boyfriend who has a friend that you like. If this is what you are saying I would - end the relationship and date whom ever you want.

uuuuhhhhh can you ask that question in a different way?
because for a second there, i thought you said that your boyfriend likes this GUY.
if you mean bf as in Best Friends, then you need to put BFF. because bf means boyfriend. i thought you were saying that the guy you liked was gay.

Thats a hard one.
I guess Talk to your friend about it. Tell her that he asked you out ..and Just ok it with her..If you really like this guy..Then I guess you have to decide if a boy is worth a friendship.

But who really really likes him should win. If it is your friend and you only like him cuz she does then let him go. If you can have other boyfriends then let him go. If you want to keep your friend then let him go. Really does he matter..... NOT just a guy

even if the girl says she wont be mad she will. You have to decide whether the friendship is worth risking. will the relationship last with the boy? you will have to pick because you wont get both.

Leave the guy ALONE! There is no sense to potentally break up a friendship.
