There is a scare movie that I have never seen that is, from what I have heard, very disturbing. It's called Audition. The end is suppose to be gross and shocking. After hearing that even makers of some of the most scariest movies couldn't watch I knew I wouldn't be able to either. You can look it up to see if it is something you might be interested in.

The first "FRIDAY THE 13TH" tops my list for scary movies along with the ultimate low budget horror film the original BLACK AND WHITE "NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD" which was made for less than $10K dollars using a college film class as the production crew and no name actors and actresses, and it made millions. Avoid the color remake that was released years later it's nothing more than a cheap junk ripoff of the first one.

Dumb and Dumberer-that acting was pretty scary!!!;) Actually, for edge of your seat, white-knuckle fear Jaws is tops. Unfortunately, over time and with numerous parodies, all horror films lose their edge and are at their most effective the first time seen in the theatre. They aren't quite as scary on the small screen.

Jeeper's Creepers really messed me up! OMG! It was so scary. The Hills Have Eyes is so bad that I couldn't get past the first half of the movie!

audition made my GF puke, twice.
i was forbidden from showing the movie to anyone else after that.
its scary for sure. i suggest if you want to be scared you should drink until you passout the night before. so you can watch your scary movie with a hangover the next day.
faces of death was pretty scary. and its all real footage.

Nightmare On Elm Street 1 as i was only seven years old when I saw it and it, and it scared the bejesus out of me. I think The Exorcist is pretty lame.
