Hi,
Next year I will finish school and apply for university studies. I live in Lithuania, a former country of the EU. Everything is very dull here so i thought it would be great to study elsewhere. My biggest desire is to emigrate to New Zealand, because of its people scenary climate that you will find nowhere else in the world. But what worries me is tuition fees as me and my family have very little money due to the poor country's economy. So i want to ask if there is any way of taking a loan, financial aid or something that could fulfil my dreams.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. If you have no resources behind you , then it will be very difficult for you to move from your home town. Tuition fees are expensive and student loans are available, but I doubt if they are available for students from overseas, secondly, the cost of accomodation and meals still etc is very expensive if you have no income.
I'm sorry if I may have burst your bubble.
