Like just a kiss or a make-out session?
For just a kiss I think only like 45 seconds tops.
As for make-out sessions, I've had them last for hours ;)

hours! u know, when youre in high school and youre gaga over a girl and u sit and make out on the couch, it goes for hours. especially cuz u may want it to go farther but it wont cuz either youre scared to or parents could walk out at any time, etc. I can remember a few of those back then.
