Hi,

For those that answered my previous question I've been losing a LOT of weight I really need your help how can I bulk back up quickly? I wanna put on a LOT of weight as I'm nearly as thin as a skeleton down to 120 pounds under 55 kg

Any help is appreciated!!

There are protein shakes you can drink...along with a healthy diet. Up your calorie intake. However, I would suggest exercising to build up muscle. Stay away from junk food....you make the world a better place and that stuff will kill you! Try eating 3 balanced meals, drink protein shakes in between meals and eat healthy snacks. Stress can cause weight loss also so, avoid it.
If you are 5'5 and medium frame your IBM is 136-140. Consuming 2000 calories a day will only maintain your weight. Anything less will make you lose weight. Are you consuming empty calories??? If you want more info send me your height and weight and I'll send you your IBM and how many calories to increase your weight.
Or...you can hire me as your cook I make some mean Guamanian and Mexican dishes!!! My husband will vouch for me, he gained 40 pounds eating my cooking.

Don't eat any junk food. Try to eat allot of protein foods like poultry, red meats, or beans even. Ground beef is good too just try not to over do it at McDonald's. Also try adding in some carbs like noodles and breads will do the trick. Once again don't over do it . But these types of foods will help you gain weight and give you energy to workout with. Once you start putting on couple pounds start to lift weights. Try to make time to workout at least 4 times a week. Don't forget about crunches as well for your stomach , because with all that food you might have to worry about that. Another suggestion, you might be loosing weight due to stress. My suggestion for that as always, Yoga. You will endure strength and stress free life.

See a doctor AND a nutritionist. They will be able to tell you why you are losing so much weight and the best way to put the weight back on in a healthy manner. When you lose a lot of weight it is your body's way of saying something isn't working right. So find out what that is - pronto.

So let me get this straight, you are clinicly Anorexic, at this weight you don't have the strangth to talk. And yet "your" tour schedule states that you are playing in Japan in 5 days. How is this possible? Surely you would have cancelled the show? If you can't talk how are you supposed to sing, never mind that, how are you going to WALK?

Now, you as a person may very well be at this weight. You as a person may be very ill. But I do not believe for a second that you are who you say you are.

Ashley's answer (the 1st one) is very good.

You should go to the gym and put on some muscle instead.

If you really want to put on weight then go to Iceland and by a packet of 24 McCoys (Salt & Vinegar, Cheddar & Onion and Salted) then just eat away at these and you'll put some weight on.

Also try drinking loads of Coca-Cola or something unhealthy.

Eat lots of carbs, and go work out, since muscle ways more than fat. But I'd check in with your doctor. Weight loss could be signs of a lot of serious things, not to scare you or anything. Good luck, Billie!

work on building muscles-how/why did u lose all the weight anyway only to gain it back? If u wanna gain weight quickly eat alot of high calorie foods like milk shakes-fries-cheese based dishes etc.

Try eating more protien filled foods. Like protien bars, and meats, also try to get a lot of calloriens in your diet by eating pastas, breads, ect. Also go to the doctors and tell him about your health problems and see if they can give you a rx to help you gain weight! hope this helps!!! : ) good luck!

lift weights!! i went to the gym and lifted weights a couple times a week, and in two weeks i put on about 5 lbs of muscle, and that was just doing little girly weights and reps! im going to replan my weight lifting cause im not trying to bulk up and look manly!... ha..ha..

Well, I would say lifting weights, but I would go for the junk food. You dont really have the bodytype for muscle, mabey lean muscle, but that wouldnt have you gain enough weight...
Go for the fattier foods... Little Debbies work fine!
