I wouldn't really say I collect them, I just can't walk away from one!

I can't say I like stuffed animals anymore. And being a guy, I was never a collector of them either. However, I have a little stuffed, Gund horse that I keep atop my desk alongside some other bric-a-brac. A young girl gave it to me on the occasion of my departure from her school a couple of years ago (I took a better paying job elsewhere). It was such a wonderful gesture on her part and she and her mom were such neat people that I can't bear to toss it out. I also have kept a few stuffed toys from when I was a child. They're boxed up somewhere in the house. Again, I can't bear (no pun intended) to rid myself of them because they are touchstones to my youth, though I don't play with them anymore and I couldn't even tell you exactly where they are. C'est la vie!

I have a stuffed animal that resembles every pet of mine that has gone to Pet Heaven, (except for the horse). But my favorite stuffed animal, is a very soft pink pig, that my Mom gave me years ago. It can sit or lay with all it's legs sprawled, and it's tongue is sticking out. It's just as cute as it can be! It lays on top of the many pillows on my bed, when my bed is made.

Love Steiff bears. Crazy over Twisted Whiskers rite now cos of the animation tho it's not released yet. Short clips here and there though on twistedwhiskers.com and american greetings.

Mine is a stuffed duck... Baked at 350 degrees for 3 hours and served with mashed potatoes and peas and carrots!!

I got a small dog with is realy soft, he's my favorite... but unfortunately, he's my kitten's favorite too ;o)
