Sure! Bulimia is a disorder that can affect several different aspects of your life. When you cause yourself to throw up it brings the acid from your stomach into your mouth and throat. This acid can cause your teeth to rot and can also give you acid reflux disease. you are more than welcome to email me for moral support.

Ana Forrest is a world class yoga teacher who struggled with Bulimia for 10- 15 years of her life. I am currently in a yoga teachers training with her. we have 4 days left and have been with her for the last 3 weeks. she is truly on the worriors path with this issue helping many many poeple with this and the related issues. in fact just today in our question and answers circle one of the women in our class admitted that she was in her bulimia until 2 days before this training began and has not been engaging in that behavior since then... my own wittnes to her is this... she is a beautiful girl but when our training started she was carrying herself like a zombie.. no smile no breath no life force... no one home... now three weeks later she is shining with the light of her spirit which is as bright as 10,000 stars... her empowerment and transformation has moved me to tears...

and as for you ... it is good you are looking to stop this behavior and reaching out for support.
Ana Forrest will do her first workshop intensive for people who suffer with eating disorders. you could google her name go to her website and look it up in her calender. The work she does is effective.... many women come to her for help b/c she has successfully emerged and not only that has become a master at her life.
the important thing is that you want change.
please be gentle with yourself... don't go to war with yourself over this...if you go to war ,go to war with this behavior ... this behavior is not you...
also realise these behavior are an indication of some other suffering or trauma in life. what is the root of it for you?
I am trying to be careful with what I say to you b/c unlike my teacher I do not have personal expierience with bulimia, I did suffer from an eating disorder but not the exact same.
I have since come out of that pattern.. I don't know you from jack.... But I sincerely believe that you are much greater and more powerful than this addiction. Ana said, "follow what is facinating to you in life persue a path and become someone who facinates you... the more you find positive things in life to facinate on the less interesting the addiciton to self mutilation will become" .
she has spoken a bit about it. if you want to know more you could e-mail me @ greenmountainyoga@yahoo.com my name is michelle... also I will check in with the student who is on the strong recovery path she may be willing to support and inspire you. funny enough her name is Ana too!
I wish you the best. Congratulations for reaching out... thank yourself for that
