we are setting up a call centre in either Poland, Romania or Hungary and need to cover 23 countries within Europe and 13 languages, wondering what the labour market for such an operation is like in each of these countries

I agree wit dat brawd, basically Hungarians speak a mgyar language unrelated to slavic, and poland and romania have their own distinct languagues. Try setting up in Holland and recruiting eastern europeans to cover their own languages..?
