Eat better definitely. Avoid carbonated drinks and you'll lose the weight MUCH faster. You can eat regular candy bar chocolate (example) but not lots everyday maybe once a week for a whole bar or tiny bits everyday. You can eat fat free low sugar/sugar free candy such as everyday as often as you like. Also you can drink green/white tea everyday for antioxidants to help lose water weight or even buy a cheap over the counter diaretic, Eat a diet of many veggies and fruits and lowfat/fat free milk and the weight will slide off easier, too.
Portion control is also a must on fatty foods such as regular potato chips. Eat maybe a handful of chips for the day a couple times a week.
Exercise or increased activity will really help too! Walk a dog, dance (even if you think you're bad) to your favorite songs, walk around the block, maybe even purchase a toning band/exercise ball (not Bally fitness brand -- the products break) and it would usually come with some exercises you can follow.

I agree with Weight Watchers because I lost weight and wasn't hungry ---- lost about 60-70 lbs and kept them off for 3 years. It takes some know how to keep it off. I went on their diet plan (without meetings, etc. as I could not afford all that stuff) -- bought the cookbooks (they have really good recipes in there)...ok - so lost the weight I wanted. From then on I ate "Healthy Choice" lunches (which I did during the "diet" too because they show WW points on them) and have done that ever since. I used to eat like a sandwich with meat/cheese, mayo., etc. and chips - not A LOT of food but a hell of a lot of fat grams. I could fill myself up w/HC frozen lunches instead. So then I also eat pizza, etc. on the weekends. I drink beer during the week too so it's no big deal. I've been able to do this for 3 years - and am still "satisfied" because my fun food is for the weekend. I still don't starve during the week. Reason I bring up the "lunch" part is because that is MY particular hungry time of day. I am not and never have been a late night eater (even when I was over weight). Good luck. It works. The slower it comes off, the better chance of keeping it off. That is the truth. I am 48 years old and can wear a two piece now and haven't done that in years! Trust me on this one. It's not so much how much you eat but WHAT you eat that makes a difference.

Cook all your own foods. Seriously. No processed foods, no heavy oils (esp. no margarine or shortening), and no fatty meats. Use skim or 1% milk. Eat green vegetables every day. Restaurants are okay on occasion, but no fast food of any kind (include pizza here, unless of course you make it from scratch). Snacks have to be things you prepared yourself, not things that you can just grab and stuff in your mouth (no chips, candy, etc.). NO SODA and NO PROCESSED FOODS. Period.
Get at least 20 minute of cardiovascular exercise 5x per week. Just go on a brisk walk every day.
That's it. You will lose weight this way, and if you stick to it for a few months you will feel fantastic and you will never want to go back.

Well you should eat healthy instead of not eating at all. Also you should exercise. Don't go on any of those diet pills are stuff on t.v. just do it the old fashion way(aka the healthy way). Eat veggies and fruits and drink water. Stay away from the sugar and fatty foods.

I wanted to lose 10 pounds- my problem is eating sweet stuff and chocolate all hours of the day and late at night Sooooooooooo, I started eating fudge bars in place of all the other stuff and it actually worked. The frozen fudge bars only have like 100 calories and no fat. That helped with my cravings for the sweet stuff.

Eat balanced. If you are going to have a hamburger at home eat carrots with it, instead of fries. If you are going to eat at a restraunt get a kids meal(not the supersized kids meal). If you are going to drink soda drink diet. Drink lots of water! Walk for 30 minutes a day. Worked for me! Good luck!
