just saw someone refer to themselves as punk/emo?

How can this be....since when is punk in a category with emo.

I didn't know they were categorized together..... they are pointless once you graduate high school anyway.

Emo is short for Emo-core (or Emotional Hardcore) which is a sub genre of Hardcore which is a form of punk music.
