I have heard that the Airforce is the best to join because you have a better opportunity for advancment. I would have your daughter check out all the reserves, Army, Navy, Airforce and Marines and do a comparison chart and then make up her mind. It is a great honor to want to serve our country. My prayers are with her with whatever she chooses. Thank you.

I spent 4 years Active duty USMC, 2 years active duty army (1st gulf war), and 2 years Army reserves.

What kind of info do you want? are you asking about Money, jobs, recruiters, benefits? You are going to have to be a little more specific. My suggestion would be to start at the Army Reserve website, get some specific questions and then edit your question to be more specific.

I dont have 1st hand but f I were to let my son join anything it would be the navy or anything but the army because they let anyone join that and they are the 1st to fight. You have to have brains to be in the navy or marines and they dont just let anyone join.
