Depends on the man.
I have big lips, so I can't even see how a man would find thin lips attractive
but thats just me.

Depends on what the rest of the face looks like, but mostly a turn off ( I asked a guy )

All the guys that I know like luscious lips...I don't know about them being so big that they look like clown lips.
