This is not a theme party, but do you have one of those paint your own pottery places in your area? Sometimes those studios have group rates, and it's fun to have a bunch of people come together around a creative project, and people could either pick out and make the presents for the birthday party girl there, or the items they make there could be the party souvenir. I think that the items are not that expensive generally, and you can bring in your own party food, etc...

I love the craft stuff they have on Oriental Trading and the theme they have for you to make parties. I am doing a lua and pig roast for my daughters birthday. We are sending out message in bottle invitations, grilling pork chops, and having a fire pit to dance around! Go to this link and see if they have anything you like.

the sweet teenager years or as I like to call it teen anger. Well this isn't no tea party. People at that age injoy Boy/girl parties. They are interested in big crowds but don't expect a real theam. But they can injoy games but sadly its not musical chairs or pin the tail on the donkey. The only games teens are usually interested in are games any good parent won't allow. Well make it an average party you know with food and music. You cant get that creative with teen ager partys.

For my 13th birthday, I had a safari at my house. They brought over a bunch of cool animals. If she enjoys animals, then she will definitely enjoy this!
