You will have to download a video converter that converts music videos to mp4 format, which is the correct format for video ipods. Go to www.videora.com and download a free video converter called Videora. Use this program to convert this program and open up your CONVERTED video in iTunes and update your ipod. If you don't change the location of the converted video in itunes, it will show up under movies. Good luck!! If you need anymore assistance just im me or email me. I'm tooraw88.

you need a program by quicktime. if anyone tries to tell you its broken. which they will, dont listen to them because people are ignorant. the best thing to do is return your ipod while you can and get this http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zenvisionm/
it is like a ipod but much easier to use. everything imaginable is compatible with it. where as apple will make you buy a program by quicktime to make videos compatible and it isnt cheap either. if you for some reason want to keep your ipod you can call technical suport and they will email you the software you need for a price but keep in mind that iPods die after a while (in about a year your iPod video will be a vegetable) and you have to buy a new one. the creative zen will never die
