Hi, I work as a waitress and I have to bend over and squat down at times, my uniform is a black skirt that goes to the knee and black pantyhose. The current kind of pantyhose I wear are support hose. Should I wear shorts over it or what? if yes what kind of shorts? thank you

Wouldn't hurt. It would stop people from trying to look up your skirt or anything. Try spandex bike shorts, just make sure they're short enough to stay under your skirt, if they're longer than the skirt is, it might look a little funny. Also make sure they're low-rise so they won't be sticking out above the skirt either. Get them in black though so they don't stand out. Try Walmart or Target or something. You don't need anything fancy or expensive. Wear one of your work skirts to the store when you're going to buy them so you can test them underneath it in the dressing room.

My wife will often times wear short spandex or cotton shorts that have the look of something like "boy shorts" I think they are called, but they are not underwear, they are actual shorts. That way if somebody does get a glimpse up her skirt they are not seeing anything important. Try a store that sells fitness apparel and they might have something short and breathable you can wear under your skirt, maybe even the "spankys" that cheerleaders wear. Not that it's any of my business, but you may not want/need to wear panties under your pantyhose as your top part will be plenty warm enough.

Stick to the skirt and pantyhose...maybe wear black panties...so,if anyone is trying to look up...they only see black nothing!Or you can wear a longer skirt than you are,that will help!

Wear dancer shorts made of a spandex-y material. If your skirt is knee length, I really don't think you need shorts though.

Just get some of those little boyshort - bikeshorts to wear under your skirt, I used to wear them all the time for high jump and what not in school, We had to wear skirts... Pervert teachers.

omg i would be tre' cute is you got some checkered shorts and some black leggins cuz those are totally in right now...and you should cute little shoes...like with no heel because ya know if you work as a waitress you can be wearing to heels...painful...n e wayz...it you got some little black close toe shoes with no heel youll be jamming even with a uniform on

Shorts or black overpanties. Try dark colored gym shorts or some other kind of fitted stretchy shorts

Maybe a biker short. You know, those tight little ones. That way it won't look as visible lines on your skirt.
