Well on www.wikipedia.org, I heard that he will be returning at the end of the summer if he becomes "clean". It also stated that him and Matt Hardy will join again with Ashley Massaro since Matt and her are dating. The reason why Lita can't be there is because of her storyline with Edge.

Right now he is still under contract to tna however they are not using him because he's been coming to the shows late & the rumors are that he's having drug problems again.
