If there is ice in the ice maker the unit may be turned off. There currently two types of ice makers used in Frigidaires. The older style with the wire sensor when lifted all of the way up will turn the unit off. The newer style has a toggle switch on the right side of the box on the end of the unit.

If you are sure that they are turned on one reason could be that the freezer compartment is not quite as cold as it should be. For an ice maker to cycle the temperature must be well below freezing and even though you do not see anything thawing or find anything soft you can still have warmer than normal temperatures. Check the condenser coils under the refrigerator as they may be blocked with dust and in hot weather can cause the temperatures to rise.

The ice maker itself may have a bad thermostat, a bad motor, a broken gear, or a poor contact on the contact wheel/gear as on some models.

At this point you can rule out the water supply and valve as there is water (ice) already in the ice maker.

If you can determine that the temperature in the freezer is indeed cold enough then it is time for a new ice maker.

Greetings...
There is also a small heating element in the ice maker that slightly melts the ice so it can be pushed out of the trough.... if all the other suggestions don't work it is either this or the motor has given it up ( the one that drives the cubes out)
Good news ! ice makers are easily replaced as they were options on many units and do not cost a great deal....
A great do-it-yourself job.

Luck

Try changing the water filter, it's probably clogged. It's in the refrigerator side in the top right hand corner. New ones cost about $30. Very easy to change, just follow the directions..

check the on off button......make sure the front metal arm is dropped down so it tells the maker that the ice bend is not full...........if the ice maker is ready to dump ice it could be froze in place

i have the same maker...

if the metal arm doesn't work you could try to jump out the timer motor to start a cycle .
