Most likely the cardiologist gets paid more. But my guess would be that radiology would be more lucrative to get into based on the way technology is going and the diagnosis of heart disease and many other diseases radiologist will have a lot to do with that in the future and may not even have to allow heart patients the very evasive surguries for resolution to issues. If your thinking of an occupation that seems to have more usefulness and pays a lot look into radiology.

The better career depends on you. If you're only in it for the money, I hope I don't meet you in either capacity while I'm on the operating table.

I would imagine a cardiologist, because heart procedures cost more than anesthesia....

Anesthesiologist make more- BUT they pay more malpractice insurance- it may be a wash
