Try to contact Dell direct however you can wherever you are. In my zipcode, we have a kiosk at the mall where I could talk to a human being to check on this for me. There are all kinds of scams out there. Do not give out any personal information until you check this out with Dell.
Try 1-800-www-Dell (1-800-999-3355). If they can't help you they should be able to direct you to someone who can.

As soon as you get it, (assuming it IS real), sell it and buy an HP Pavillion, they are WAY better.
