basically i have a car with a scorpion 838 alarm which after i left the battery go flat now refuses to recognise the remotes and when you turn the ignition key to starter position 3 nothing happens, there is a sequence to reset it but the nice people at scorpion deny all knowledge any ideas :o)

You threaten to take Scorpion to court and/or threaten to 'take your story to your high profile media contacts' if they don't help you out...and if they still don't help you then you tell me the details and I'll contact my high profile media contacts and my Solicitor.

If you cant find out a way to reset it, the only thing you can really do is bypass the immobiliser then your car will start and run as normal (just no longer immobilised)

Get the system removed.
